What is CrossFit Open?

Three workouts are offered over the course of the CrossFit Open. They last for three weeks. It’s a celebration of fitness that brings together CrossFit athletes of all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life to improve their fitness and health.

2022 is the 12 th edition for CrossFit Open.

You have until Monday, March 14th at 5 p.m. PT to finish the workout and submit your score.

It’s part of the fun to see your name on the leaderboard.

What dates are available for the CrossFit Open 2022?

The 2022 CrossFit Open runs from February 24 to March 14.

Every Thursday, each workout is published.

What divisions make up the 2022 CrossFit Open?

There are total 37 divisions. These divisions are based on gender and age.

There are three tracks you can follow:

  • RX
  • Scaled
  • Foundations

No matter your age or ability level, the Open is for you. You’re there to make memories, bring out your best and have fun. Talk to your coach today to create a game plan. You can also check the leaderboard each week of the Open and see how your box compares to over 13,000 affiliates around the globe.
