About: A beginner yoga series for bros only. This class was created to introduce the homeboys to the powerful and stress reducing practice of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. The 60 minute Vinyasa style yoga class will help open, stretch, and restore the body from the inside out. Guys will learn how to connect their movement with breath as they flow through a series of beginner poses.

Pay in advance for all 4 weeks: $40 – A.C.T. Members, $65 – NON A.C.T. Members

Growing up as a dancer and gymnast, Danielle found her passion for yoga as soon as she stepped on her mat just over a year ago. After noticing a lack of male attendance in classes, Danielle saw an opportunity to introduce men to the incredible benefits of yoga in a space where they feel comfortable. Her class will help build strength while engaging the mind and body through a vinyasa flow yoga class.
Danielle is registered 200 hour yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
