The method to the madness:

THE FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!!!!!!

All CrossFit ACT classes are booked through our online scheduler and payment system. After selecting a membership or drop-in option below, you will be required to sign up for each class you wish to attend through the corresponding link. We also have an easy-to-view Google calendar at the bottom of this page that displays our ongoing schedule for the weeks and months to come.

The types of classes currently offered will include WOD, Starting Strength, Open Gym, Military / Police / Fire WOD, On Ramp and Seminars.

WOD Class – “Workout Of the Day”: Constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements as programmed by the CrossFit main site. The workouts are designed to be safe and effective for everyone. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get in better shape, or are a seasoned athlete, we will provide the coaching needed to meet your goal.

Starting Strength – This 8-week-long course meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7:00 and consists of learning the techniques and methodology associated with the core lifts of Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit on our world-class lifting platforms. There are specific criteria and conditions for this course, and sign up before the course begins is required, as there are limited spots available. A new course begins every two months. NOTE: This course is $60 for members. Please see any of our coaches for more information and details on how to sign up.

On Ramp – On Ramp is our introduction to CrossFit. On ramp is a four session course that can be completed in one week or over the course of two weeks. We offer morning and evening options to accommodate everyone’s schedule. During the two week course, we cover the essential movements of the CrossFit methodology. All members are required to complete this course. The price of on ramp is $150, which can be credited towards a monthly membership upon the completion of on ramp.

Open Gym – Open Gym is just as it sounds. Use this time to gain access to the gym to make up WODs and work on skills.  Open Gym is held on Sundays from 9am-12pm.

Military / Police / Fire WOD – “Workout Of the Day” for first responders only.

$150 First Responders/Military unlimited monthly
$165 Unlimited monthly with a 1 year contract
$175 Unlimited monthly with a 6 month contract
$185 Unlimited monthly with no contract
$1800 A year paid full

Personal Training is available at the following rates:

1 on 1 for 30mins = $40
1 on 1 for 1hr = $75
2 on 1 for 1hr = $60
