I can’t distinguish pleasure from pain and I have more tattoos than my parents would like. Tattoos and CrossFit are the only things that truly get me pumped (and the 1984 movie, Supergirl.)
I played Division 1 lacrosse at Quinnipiac University but after being introduced to CrossFit in August of 2010, I took my competitive edge off the field and into the box.
I have a masters degree in education, so teaching, leading and coaching have always been my passion. I was Level 1 certified in May 2011. I’m psyched and honored to be working with Bill $ and the Crew at ACT. I may never get a dead hang pull up, but I know i’ll never give up trying!
